Prepare an RFQ

Record product specifications, order quantity, packaging, required documents, delivery country and required date. Review the saved request before sharing it.

Invite your own suppliers

Create private supplier links and share them with intended contacts. Link creation does not confirm an email was sent.

Collect submitted quotes

Suppliers use their private links to prepare and explicitly submit replies. They do not need a buyer account. A saved draft is not a submitted quote.

Compare commercial terms

Review submitted currency, unit prices, quantity tiers, MOQ, sample terms, production timing and delivery terms. Follow up directly on missing information.

Use English or Chinese

Choose the interface language that works for you. The workspace does not promise professional translation, negotiation or automatic marketplace integration.
