How Information May Be Used
MapleBridge may use submitted information to operate the public site, respond to inquiries, organize RFQs, supplier invitations and quote comparison, monitor site performance, prevent abuse, and maintain platform records that support sourcing-related workflows.
Information may also be used to communicate with you about your request, platform updates, or operational matters directly related to MapleBridge services.
Sharing And Disclosure
Optional procurement document processing: when you confirm processing in the workspace, the selected text may be sent to Qwen (Alibaba Cloud), with OpenAI as a limited fallback for field preparation. A requested specification and terms check sends the recorded RFQ and the selected quote to TypeSafe (JEV). Remove passwords, payment account details, personal contact information and private links before processing. Automated removal is limited and is not a guarantee that all sensitive content will be detected.
Processing drafts, supporting excerpts, confirmed field values, record versions and provider usage counts are retained to support your private procurement records and prevent duplicate processing. Draft preparation does not publish an RFQ, email a supplier, approve a quote or verify a company. Manual entry remains available without this optional document processing. MapleBridge does not position this public site as an open directory. Information may be shared on a limited basis when needed to support an RFQ invitation or quotation exchange initiated by a user, comply with applicable law, protect the site, or work with service providers that help operate hosting, analytics, email, or similar core infrastructure.
Retention And Security
MapleBridge keeps information for operational, security, and recordkeeping purposes for as long as reasonably necessary for the related workflow. No public web service can guarantee absolute security, but the platform aims to use standard technical and administrative safeguards appropriate to a business web property.

MapleBridge public pages may use analytics tags, hosting infrastructure, and other technical services to understand visits and maintain site performance.
