These public terms of service are effective as of April 7, 2026.
Platform Scope
MapleBridge.io is a procurement workspace for RFQs, private supplier invitations and comparison of submitted quotes. Buyers provide their own supplier contacts. It is not a supplier directory, sourcing agency, freight forwarder or customs broker.
Using The Site
| Permitted use | You may browse public pages, review platform information, and submit legitimate RFQs, supplier invitations or quotations. |
| User responsibility | You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for using the site in a lawful and non-abusive way. |
| Restricted use | You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent requests, scrape protected areas, or attempt unauthorized access. |
No Guarantee Of Match Or Transaction
Use of MapleBridge public pages or submission of a request does not guarantee a supplier match, buyer match, commercial transaction, logistics arrangement, certification outcome, or business result. RFQ invitations, quotations and information are workflow records, not a guarantee of deal completion.
Third-Party Relationships
Where buyers, suppliers, logistics providers, or other third parties interact as a result of site activity, their separate commercial terms, compliance obligations, and verification steps remain their own responsibility unless MapleBridge explicitly states otherwise in writing.
Site Availability And Content
MapleBridge may update, revise, remove, or expand public pages at any time. Public content is provided for general informational and workflow purposes. The site aims for consistency and accuracy, but availability, freshness, and completeness are not guaranteed at every moment.
