Buyer-entered records stay distinct from supplier-confirmed replies. No automatic inbox reading or arbitrary spreadsheet import is implied.
Compare the same product specification and quantity, currency, price unit, MOQ, quantity tiers, delivery terms and expiry. Unquoted freight, sample and tooling charges remain unknown, not zero. A private selection is not an order or payment.
