Notification Interface

The open interface defines notification events payload fields and delivery intent for bilateral matching systems It does not expose MapleBridge production provider credentials live sequences or private follow-up logic

Public Notification Types

  • intro.ready: a reviewed match is ready to be introduced.
  • followup.suggested: one side has not responded and needs a reminder.
  • review.required: a human needs to approve a source or match.
  • profile.incomplete: buyer or supplier needs to add missing details.

Boundary

The historical public layer describes example events and payload fields. It does not describe current delivery behaviour. In the procurement workspace, creating a private invitation link does not confirm that an email was sent.
