Use contacts from your existing business relationships or independent sourcing work. MapleBridge does not supply a factory directory, introduce verified manufacturers or guarantee supplier responses.
Define the US delivery requirement
Specify the receiving address or ZIP code, delivery target and requested delivery terms. If requesting more than one shipping option, ask suppliers to show each option separately. The workspace does not arrange freight or customs routing.
Document product and packaging requirements
Include the specification, approved artwork, sample criteria and documents you need to review. Establish applicable safety, labelling and import requirements with qualified advisers. A supplier statement or uploaded document is not platform verification.
Prepare retail or ecommerce requests
For Amazon FBA, include your current buyer-provided labelling and carton instructions. For Shopify or wholesale inventory, specify variants, pack sizes and any private-label artwork. Confirm supplier capability rather than assuming it from the sales channel.
Compare quotes on the same basis
Request currency, quantity tiers, MOQ, production lead time, sample charges and quote validity. Confirm freight inclusions and who is responsible for import costs. MapleBridge does not promise tariff savings or recommend routing goods through Canada to avoid duties.
Review before placing an order
Create the RFQ, invite selected contacts, then compare the replies actually submitted. Resolve missing terms directly with suppliers and verify samples and documents independently. A saved RFQ is not a purchase order or a guarantee of fulfilment.
